Gladden is truly your own private island sanctuary.  An elegant custom villa designed for just one couple to experience the ultimate in privacy.  There is a second private suite, should you wish to share Gladden with friends or family. Our staff resides unseen on the smaller island located across the postcard lagoon, ready to respond to any request at a moment’s notice.  A “privacy meter” indicates if a member of the team is on the main island for any reason because we want our guests to feel free to be themselves.  There are no other neighbors – it’s just you and the amazing views.

Blue Reef’s expert guides and captains have been fishing and diving the waters around Gladden for decades.  They will work with you to design a comprehensive plan to fit your exact fishing and diving needs. From trolling the reef for wahoo, dorado, huge barracuda’s, kingfish, and amberjacks to fly-fishing the flats for bonefish, tarpon, and the elusive permit, Gladden is the perfect venue.  Scuba dive the second biggest barrier reef in the world, boasting an array of tropical species.  Spear the invasive lionfish or free-dive for lobster and conch (seasonal).  Add on an outer reef deep-sea day and target blue marlin, tuna, and sailfish.
