Meet the crew!

Polly is from the UK and moved to Belize in January 2004, to form a non-profit marine conservation organisation.  She is a PADI Instructor with over 6,000 dives!  She is fanatical about fishing!  In 2012 she decided to fuse her passions and skills into tourism, and Blue Reef Adventures was born. Nowadays Polly spends most of her time running the business from the mainland.  She still loves to fish and dive, and will go hunt and spear the invasive Lionfish whenever she gets a chance! 

Our guides are all certified Belizean Tour Guides with a lifetime of experience.  We like to help our guests feel part of our ‘Blue Reef family’ and most of our guests go home with new Belizean friends!

Brad was fortunate growing up in Belize to have access to the many islands and fishing grounds! The excitement and anticipation from the thrill and challenges of fishing, made him decide at a young age, not to join his family business. Instead he decided to focus his career on doing what he loves – fishing! Brad is a successful tournament Captain and Skipper, and likes nothing better than to land a blue marlin! It is hard to find such a passionate angler, that will do his upmost to get our guests on the fish!
